The OK CorralA character values show
Important lessons are what Cowboy Billy aims to
teach through narrative and song. Helping young folk live in a good moral
manner is high on his list of objectives. The "code of the west" and the "OK
corral" are cowboy premises that are used as "core-al" values are taught.
Six pillars of character have been adapted with western examples. One of
CB's songs recommends peaceful resolution to conflict. Bill has written
several tall tales, including the story of Pickleface Pete which tells of a
bully who finds himself indebted to the fellow he put down. This
western-style presentation is both entertaining and educational. |
